RV Roof Cleaning and UV Protection
The roof is the part of an RV that owners see least and that takes the most punishment. Leaves, sap, dirt and mildew build up, sun breaks down the surface, and everything that sits on the roof eventually runs down the sides as black streaks. A clean, protected roof keeps the rest of the RV cleaner and lets you spot problems early.
Different roofs need different products. Rubber roofs (EPDM and TPO) must be cleaned with non-petroleum, non-citrus cleaners, because the wrong product can damage the membrane. Fibreglass roofs can be cleaned and even polished, and aluminum roofs need a cleaner made for metal. We identify your roof type and use the right products.
After cleaning, the roof gets a UV protectant suited to its material. While we're up there we look at the lap sealant around vents, skylights, air conditioners and edges, and we point out anything that is cracked or lifting so you can have it repaired before it leaks.
